Shifandi is an industrial designer specializing in human-centered design regarding overlooked demographics. Before joining the MADE program, Shifandi worked as a product designer at a design research startup in Chicago. She has a Master's Degree in Design Objects from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from the University of Oregon. She has multiple years of experience in fabricating products. Shifandi is personally a vintage jewelry hobbyist and a handcrafter.
