Raghav Aggarwal
Biography
Raghav grew up between Nepal, India and South Africa and studied International Economics and Urban Planning at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada to find out the answer to the question- "Why are some countries rich while others are poor?" Along the way, Raghav attended a UX/UI Design bootcamp, founded a peer to peer self-storage startup (Airbnb for storage), and researched how emerging media can be integrated into undergraduate and graduate courses. Raghav is a Venture for Canada fellow and worked at two high-growth startups in Toronto and London leading product growth, strategy, and operations before joining the MADE cohort.
Raghav is interested in finding ways to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Olfaction and Blockchain and advances in Biodesign to find solutions to tackle climate change through entrepreneurship in low-income and high-risk communities.
