Brown-RISD Master of Arts in Design Engineering

Ava grew up in Attleboro, Massachusetts and recently graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering in May. During her time in undergrad, she spent a lot of time in the Brown Design Workshop learning technical skills such as woodworking and 3D printing which she applied in both engineering and artistic disciplines. When not in the MADE studio, she can be found in the dance studio as a member of Fusion, Brown’s oldest run student dance group. She also enjoys spending her time learning graphic design and illustration.
