Mollie West Duffy is an expert in organizational design and development. She’s currently the head of organizational development at communications firm RALLY. She previously was an organizational design lead at global innovation firm IDEO. Her past clients include Google, Dropbox, Casper, Slack, JetBlue, the Brooklyn Public Library, the US State Department, Madison Square Garden, Mercy Corps, and the Rockefeller Foundation. Previously she did research for the dean of Harvard Business School, and was a design strategist at Capital One Labs. She's written for Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, and other outlets. She co-authored the WSJ bestselling book about emotions at work: No Hard Feelings, which was published by Penguin in February 2019. She co-founded the Capital Good Fund, Rhode Island's first microfinance fund in 2008. Mollie has taught design courses at Stanford, Parsons, and USC. She graduated from Brown and has an MFA in Design from Parsons.
